What is web hosting, exactly?
When someone visits yourcompany.com, the website files have to live on a computer somewhere — that computer is the “host.” We rent you space on a fast Indian server, plus the software that makes your site reachable from anywhere on the internet. Think of it as renting an office for your website.
Do I also need a domain?
Yes. The domain (yourcompany.com) is your address; hosting is the building. We sell both — and bundling earns you Platinum tier with a real WhatsApp manager. You can buy them separately too, no pressure.
Which plan should I start with?
Most small businesses start with Starter (1 site, 1 mailbox). If you’ll need multiple sites or 4+ mailboxes, jump to Premium. Choose Business for real traffic or 10+ employees. Upgrade any time, no penalty.
What happens if my site grows?
We’ll tell you when you actually need to upgrade — and we’ll be honest about whether you do. Lots of small businesses stay on Starter forever and that’s fine. We’ll never push you to a bigger plan to make a sale.
Can I move from Hostinger, GoDaddy, BigRock or Bluehost?
