What does 1 GB support?
It supports one mailbox and roughly 10,000 typical emails. Attachment size and message history will change the actual total.
How many mailboxes can I create?
You can create one mailbox for each purchased GB. A 5 GB pool supports up to five mailboxes, with at least 1 GB assigned to each mailbox.
Can I increase storage later?
Yes. Increase the pool when the organization needs more storage or more mailboxes. Billing remains monthly per GB.
Can I use more than one custom domain?
Yes. Every verified domain in the organization can use the same storage pool without a separate per-domain charge.
Does it work with Outlook and Apple Mail?
Yes. Standard IMAP and SMTP work with common desktop and mobile email clients. Hosted webmail is also included.
What happens if I cancel?
You have 30 days to export mailbox data. Mail can be downloaded in standard MBOX format for import into another provider.
