Why are the India plans billed yearly?
The public India tiers are annual assisted plans. We confirm the number of users, annual charge, GST, domain setup, and migration scope before provisioning.
Can I move between tiers later?
Yes. Ask the team to review the mailbox, drive, and collaboration requirements before moving to a different tier so the data and billing change are planned together.
Do I need a business domain?
Yes. Workspace email uses a verified domain. You can use a domain you already own or choose one through The Cloud Market before the workspace setup begins.
What should we check before migration?
Review mailbox counts and sizes, calendars, files, aliases, devices, DNS access, cutover timing, and a fallback plan before changing the live mail records.
Which document formats can the workspace use?
The office workflow supports common document, spreadsheet, presentation, and open-document formats. Test any complex business template before moving the full team.
Can we export our data later?
Yes. Mail, contacts, calendars, and files can be exported using standard formats. Plan the export before cancellation so every account and shared folder is covered.
