Is this a managed server?
No. This is an unmanaged KVM virtual machine. You control the operating system, security updates, applications, and data. Our team supports provisioning, networking, billing, hardware issues, and migration planning.
What network access is included?
Public IPv6 and a 1 Gbps port are included. A dedicated IPv4 is optional at ₹299 per month and is normally delivered within 6–12 hours.
Is bandwidth metered?
Bandwidth is not billed per GB. Each plan includes high-speed bandwidth under our fair-use policy. At 80% we show a dashboard warning; at 100% we send one email and reduce speed instead of stopping the VPS. The allowance resets on your monthly subscription anniversary.
Can I add automated backups at checkout?
Not yet. The automated backup add-on is not available through self-service checkout. Ask support to review a safe backup approach before moving production data.
What changes between monthly and annual billing?
The server specifications stay the same. Monthly billing offers a shorter commitment. Annual billing is charged once for twelve months and shows its monthly equivalent on this page.
Can you help me migrate an existing server?
Yes. Share the current CPU, memory, storage, operating system, and network requirements. We can help map a tier and plan the data, DNS, and SSH cutover.
What happens if I cancel?
Export your application and data before the service ends. Confirm the current cancellation and refund terms shown during checkout before payment.
