Pricing Promise
The renewal-pricing commitment behind The Cloud Market's public pricing claims.
PRICING PROMISE
TheCloud.market
Effective Date: 12 June 2026 | Last Updated: 13 June 2026
This Pricing Promise explains the renewal-pricing commitment referenced on The Cloud Market marketing pages. It is a plain-language commercial policy, not a guarantee that prices can never change.
1. No Signup-Price Trap
We do not use cheap first-year pricing that automatically turns into a much higher renewal price. If a service has an introductory or promotional price, we will disclose the renewal basis before purchase.
2. Renewal Changes
Prices may change for major cost, tax, regulatory, upstream-provider, or infrastructure changes. When that happens, we will explain the reason in writing before renewal wherever operationally practical.
3. Domain Renewal Pricing
Domain registration and renewal prices are set from current registrar and registry pricing. We do not schedule a lower initial registration rate that automatically rises at renewal. When the registrar's current renewal basis is higher than its registration basis, we level the initial term to that current annual basis and disclose both before purchase. Premium domains and later upstream price changes remain separately disclosed. Domain registration is exempt from our separate platform/service fee; applicable registry, registrar, ICANN, tax, currency, or payment costs may still affect the payable amount.
4. Upstream and Inflationary Adjustments
Domain registries and other upstream providers may change their published prices. Where such a change occurs, your renewal price may rise or fall to reflect the authoritative upstream price, currency conversion, and applicable taxes or pass-through charges. We will show or explain the current renewal basis before purchase and before renewal wherever operationally practical. No separate The Cloud Market platform/service fee is charged on the domain-registration product family.
5. Taxes and Third-Party Costs
GST, government fees, registry fees, registrar costs, payment-gateway charges, currency movements, and similar third-party costs may affect the final payable amount.
6. Scope
This promise applies to The Cloud Market catalog services sold directly through thecloud.market. It does not override product-specific terms, abuse suspensions, domain-registry rules, or legally required changes.
